CHEW Coordinator
Joe, originally from Iowa, made the move to Jacksonville in 1990. He now resides in the downtown area with his partner. Joe's unwavering commitment to helping others extends to friends, family, and the community. Since 2017, he has been an active volunteer with CHEW (Children Healthy Eating on the Weekends). Joe's motivation to give back stems from overcoming childhood food insecurity.
With an outgoing personality and genuine passion for the work, Joe warmly welcomes all volunteers. His dedication to making a difference shines through in every task he undertakes. Whether it's lending a hand or fostering connections, Joe embodies the spirit of community service.
